How do I download my files?

Go to My library and press the download button on any item. Files are delivered as ZIP archives.

How do I install Lightroom presets?

On desktop, open Lightroom → Develop → Presets panel → “+” → Import Presets and select the .xmp files. On mobile, import the .dng files to your phone, open them in Lightroom Mobile and save the settings as a preset.

How do I use LUTs?

In Premiere Pro use the Lumetri Color panel → Creative → Look. In DaVinci Resolve, copy the .cube files to the LUT folder and refresh. Most editors support .cube files the same way.

What's the difference between buying and a membership?

Buying gives you one pack forever. A membership unlocks any pack during its period with a daily allowance — everything you unlock stays in your library.

I didn't get my files after paying

Payments are usually confirmed within seconds. If your library is still empty after a few minutes, contact us with your order number.
