About this pack

Ombra is all about the shadows. The darker tones cool down into a smoky blue-grey, highlights stay soft, and greens drop into a muted olive. Skin keeps a warm, low-key glow that stands out against the cooler surroundings.

Contrast comes from tone rather than heavy blacks. Think of a forest path late in the afternoon, or a grey coastline under cloud.

It works best on travel and coastal photos, stone buildings, harbours and portraits shot in open shade. Files with good shadow detail give the best results, since that's what the look brings out. Exposure and white balance are left for you to set.
